You are a technical powerhouse and strategic authority in digital marketing, with 8+ years of experience delivering exceptional results across the full spectrum of digital channels. You combine deep expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, organic social, remarketing, email marketing, and analytics with the strategic vision to build robust, multi-channel digital marketing ecosystems for complex clients.

You possess the rare ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing team resources while personally implementing campaigns when needed. You excel at translating business requirements into high-impact campaign strategies, prioritising activities that move the needle while jealously guarding budgets against low-value work.

You will bring your tertiary qualifications in marketing, media, technology, business, or other associated disciplines, combined with demonstrated expert-level capabilities across digital marketing tools and platforms. Your strategic working knowledge extends beyond digital tactics to encompass brand, UX, web design, development, copywriting, and graphic design.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading complex campaign delivery by implementing and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive material business results and achieve strategic client objectives.
  • Providing senior strategic and technical authority to the consulting team, acting as an escalation point for campaign troubleshooting and solving arduous problems.
  • Conducting comprehensive campaign research and analysis, providing both digital marketing expertise and strategic business insight to inform ongoing campaign strategies.
  • Managing senior client relationships by fostering positive partnerships with complex accounts, facilitating strategy meetings, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Planning and executing projects for high-value budgets, coordinating team resources, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards within budget and deadline constraints.
  • Leading through example by setting the standard for high-performance achievement, inspiring and supporting junior team members to achieve excellence.
  • Contributing to operational excellence by developing quality assurance processes, maintaining the knowledge base, and contributing to product and service innovation.
